Slow down, relax and breathe.
Our classes are a combination of Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga and are suitable for adults from beginner to advanced.
Classes are small to give maximum attention to students, and all equipment is provided.
We also have a lovely garden where we hold some yoga sessions and parts of our mini day retreats, when the Scottish weather allows.
In person classes:
Wednesdays 6pm - 7pm, £9
Thursdays 6pm - 7pm, £9
Fridays 5.30pm - 6.30pm, £9

Hatha yoga is a beautiful practice involving breath, movement and mind.
We move at a slower pace than some faster-flowing types of yoga, keeping our focus on breath, flowing movements, static poses and stretching.
Although a little more gentle than some forms of yoga, Hatha yoga can still be strong, challenging both body and mind.
Our classes usually begin with a breathing practice, then we gently flow into our body movements; which aim to improve flexibility, balance and strength.
We always end a session with a lovely relaxation, known as Shavasana, to calm body and mind.

Restorative yoga focuses on slowing down and letting go. We use props to support our body and stay in a pose for 5 minutes or more, allowing us time to relax into it. Setting ourselves up like this creates a space to release tension from both our body and mind, by allowing us to let go, fully supported by our props.
Restorative yoga is a great aid in ‘restoring’ our body and mind, helping us to slow down, relax and breathe.
Props we may use include bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts. All equipment is provided and fully sanitised.

We hold different types of relaxation throughout the year, including Yoga Nidra, sound baths, and a mixture of breathing meditations, visualisation meditations and walking meditations.
Each session is unique, but all aim to bring balance and harmony to your body, mind and spirit.
