The benefits yoga brought to my own life made me want to train so I could share these benefits with others and hopefully enrich their lives.
With yoga, people often think of physical poses, but yoga is so much more than that. It aims to bring unity and oneness between our body, breath and mind.
I always hear people saying "I'm not flexible enough to do yoga...", so my aim is to help people realise it's not about being able to touch your toes, it’s about being flexible in our life. To become freer in our body, mind and soul.
Yoga is a place to meet yourself on the mat, where that time; space; moment is for you.
We take on so many different roles throughout the day, but that moment we carve out for ourselves on the mat is ours, however long or short.
We can roll out our mat and just sit and breathe.
We can lie down and start to move, slowly, listening to what our body needs.
We can move through power poses and warrior poses if that’s what we need that day and if that's the type of practice we do.
But taking that moment to meet yourself and see what you need is priceless.
It's in times of stress we need to look after ourselves the most.

It’s not pampering, it’s self preservation.
At the fast pace we live our lives these days, it’s more important than ever to take some time out to rest and reset.
We are busy little bees!
Whether we have a busy work life, a busy home life - from cleaning, laundry, shopping, to school runs and kids clubs, it can all make it difficult to find time for a breath… and when we do sit down, does our mind slow down…? Usually not, we’re thinking about what has to be done next!
Then at the end of a busy day, we hope for a good nights sleep, but often our minds are so wired that it’s difficult to switch off.
The cycle continues… weary and unrested, because if we don’t carve out a little time for ourselves, we quickly become depleted.
Our bodies become tired, our minds become tired, we can feel muscle aches, body stiffness and have a stressful mind.
Thankfully, holistic treatments can help with all of that!
From relieving muscle aches and stiffness, to improving circulation and sleep.
And most importantly they can help you relax! Reenergising your body, mind and breath.Don’t just see massage as a treat.
‘Me time’ is so important.We often ask a lot from our body and mind, but do we do enough to support them?

Appointment Cancellation Policy For Treatments
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will give us a chance to fill your time slot.
Alternatively, you may offer someone to come in your place. But it is important that we are covered for reserved time slots.
No Show / Cancelling With Less Than 48hrs Notice
Failure to attend your appointment, or cancelling with less than 48hr notice will result in full payment of your scheduled treatment being charged. If booking with a gift voucher, you will forfeit your voucher.
Late Arrival Policy
Please note that due to our appointment schedule we are unable to extend your time slot if you arrive late.
The original treatment time will be charged.
Yoga Class Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a yoga class. You can make any changes yourself via your booking confirmation email.
You will loose your payment if you do not provide 48 hours cancellation notice.

For massage:
Relax in your car or under our large front door canopy, press the door buzzer at your appointment time and you will be greeted at the door. (Entry before then is unavailable as the waiting area is not in use).
For Yoga:
Entry available 5 minutes before class start time (entry before then is unavailable as the waiting area is not in use).

If booking online you can pay when you book via bank card.
Payments can be made in cash, or in advance via bank transfer (details available on request). Any promotional flyers, coupons or gift vouchers must be presented at the beginning of the appointment in order to receive treatment.

Yoga class: Loose comfortable clothing, or leggings if flexible material
Massage: Underwear bottoms for full body massages

There are some guidelines to kindly follow when attending an appointment:
Relax in your car, or under our large front door canopy until your appointment time and you will be greeted at the door (our waiting areas not in use / bring in as little items as possible)
Please use the hand sanitiser provided before coming into the room
Please wear a face covering when government guidelines stipulate, unless exempt
If you or anyone in your household are self-isolating or have developed any symptoms:
- high temperature
- a new continuous cough
- a loss or change to your sense of smell/taste
Then let us know and we will reschedule your appointment.
Payment accepted in cash, or via bank transfer. Bring your Gift Voucher if you have one.
Your therapist will be wearing a mask when required to by government guidelines, and rest assured the room will be thoroughly sanitised between clients.
And just as importantly... look forward to some pampering and much-deserved relaxation!
