Appointment Cancellation Policy For Treatments

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will give us a chance to fill your time slot.

Alternatively, you may offer someone to come in your place. But it is important that we are covered for reserved time slots.

No Show / Cancelling With Less than 48hrs Notice

Failure to attend your appointment, or cancelling with less than 48hr notice will result in full payment of your scheduled treatment being charged. If booking with a gift voucher, you will forfeit your voucher.

Late Arrival Policy

Please note that due to our appointment schedule we are unable to extend your time slot if you arrive late. 

No refunds will be offered.

Arrival To Your Massage 

We kindly request that you do not arrive before your appointment time, as previous covid restrictions mean we no longer have a waiting area.

Relax in your car, or under our large front door canopy and press our buzzer at your appointment time and you will be greeted at the door (bring in as little items as possible).

Payment Policy

Payments can be made when you book online, or in person in cash or via bank transfer (details available on request). We do not accept card payments. Any promotional flyers, coupons or gift vouchers must be presented on arrival in order to redeem them.

Yoga T&Cs

Wednesdays & Fridays yoga classes can be booked via our website, but are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure a place.

48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a yoga class. You can make any changes yourself via your booking confirmation email.

If you cancel with 48hrs notice you will be refunded.

You will loose your payment if you do not provide 48 hours cancellation notice.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions:

Vouchers are valid from the date of issue until the expiry date stated on voucher.

Vouchers have 3 months validity from date of purchase.

Voucher expiry date is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.

Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the bearer, Holistic Essences does not accept responsibility for any expired or lost vouchers.

Refunds will not be given for expired vouchers.

Refunds are not available for part redeemed vouchers.

Vouchers cannot be converted to cash.

A voucher with a specified treatment is valid only for its stated purpose, additional fees will apply for any alternatives.

Voucher must be presented at time of service in order to receive treatment.

Voucher code is required at the time of booking.

Once bookings are confirmed our booking terms and conditions policy will apply i.e. late cancellations and no shows will forfeit their voucher (see full T&Cs at our website).

Unreadable or altered vouchers will not be accepted and booking will be charged at an applicable rate.

Voucher redemption and massage booking is strictly subject to availability.

Holistic Essences reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of any voucher at any time without notifying the customer.

Promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Covid-19 Appointment Guidelines 

Relax in your car, or under our large front door canopy until your appointment time and you will be greeted at the door (waiting area not in use / bring in as little items as possible).

Please use the hand sanitiser provided before coming into the room.

Please wear a face covering when government guidelines stipulate, unless exempt (not currently required).

Your therapist will be wearing a mask when required to by government guidelines (not currently required), and rest assured the room will be thoroughly sanitised between clients.
